Your card details are processed directly by the payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). We never see or store them.
3. How we obtain your data
- Directly from you, when you place an order, subscribe or contact us.
- Automatically when you browse the store, through cookies and similar technologies, according to your preferences.

You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. Emails about your order (confirmation, shipping, issues) are not marketing communications.

8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, through our contact page or at info_en@buyaquabloom.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before handling your request.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), to the data protection authority of your EU country or, if you live in the United Kingdom, to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

10. Children
The store is not aimed at children under 14 (under 13 in the UK) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
