Refund policy

1. 15-day guarantee and right of withdrawal

You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. This period includes and extends the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.

2. How to request a return

Write to us within that period from our contact page or at info_en@buyaquabloom.com, including your order number.
We'll email you the instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything before receiving these instructions.
Send the product back within 14 days of telling us about the return.

3. Conditions

You may try the product, but only as far as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If it comes back with more use or wear than that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Where possible, return it complete: with its accessories, filters and original packaging.
Free gifts included in an offer must be returned together with the main product.

4. Return costs

If you return the product because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. If the product is faulty, arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover it.

5. Faulty, damaged or wrong products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, incomplete or wrong product, write to us as soon as possible from our contact page or at info_en@buyaquabloom.com. We may ask for photos or a video to check the issue. Once confirmed, we'll send you a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

We'll refund you within 14 calendar days of you telling us about the return, using the same payment method, unless we agree on another one at no cost to you.
We may wait until we receive the product, or proof that you've sent it, before refunding.
The refund includes the standard shipping costs of the order, if any.
