Shipping policy

1. Free tracked shipping

All orders with an AquaBloom shower head include free shipping with a tracking number.

2. Shipping countries

Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

3. Times

  • Preparation: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery: depends on the destination country; usually 8–15 business days. Ireland: 6–11 business days. United Kingdom: 4–9 business days.

Times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or for reasons beyond our control (public holidays, carrier issues, customs checks or weather).

4. Tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check it on the Track my order page. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show the first updates.

5. Taxes and customs

The price you pay includes all taxes and shipping costs, so you normally won't have to pay anything else on delivery. In very rare cases, customs or the carrier may ask for a fee on delivery. If this happens, write to us from our contact page or at info_en@buyaquabloom.com before paying it and we'll find a solution.

6. Orders with several items

If your order includes several products (for example, the shower head and the free filters), they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll receive the tracking for each parcel by email.

7. Delivery address

Please check your address before confirming your order. If you made a mistake, write to us as soon as possible from our contact page or at info_en@buyaquabloom.com: we can correct it as long as the order hasn't left the warehouse. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because it isn't collected, we'll contact you to find a solution.

8. Issues

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time, or arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us from our contact page or at info_en@buyaquabloom.com with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll look into it and send you a replacement or refund you.
