Welcome to AquaBloom. These terms govern the use of our online store and the purchase of its products. By placing an order you accept these terms, as well as our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy.

1. General information

AquaBloom sells filtered shower heads, replacement filters and accessories online. For any question about these terms, your orders or our products, write to us from our contact page or at info_en@buyaquabloom.com.

2. Use of the store

You agree to provide true, complete and up-to-date information and to use the store lawfully. Products are sold for personal or household use, not for resale.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but there may be small differences in colour or appearance compared with the photos (due to screens, lighting or photography). We may update features, images and descriptions when needed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Orders

  • When you complete your purchase you'll receive an order confirmation email.
  • We may cancel an order if there is an obvious error in the price, description or availability, or if we reasonably cannot fulfil it. In that case we'll refund everything you paid.
  • If you want to change or cancel your order, write to us as soon as possible from our contact page or at info_en@buyaquabloom.com. We can't guarantee it if the order has already been prepared or shipped.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are those shown in the store at the time of your order and include applicable taxes. We may change prices, discounts and promotions at any time, but changes don't affect confirmed orders. Payment is made with the methods available at checkout, processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and delivery depends on the country, usually 8–15 business days. Times are estimates and may be longer due to high demand or reasons beyond our control. Full details are in our Shipping policy. Delivery times don't limit your statutory rights in case of non-delivery.

7. Returns and withdrawal

You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving a reason, which includes your 14-day legal right of withdrawal. If you return a product because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping. Full conditions are in our Refund policy.

8. Faulty products and statutory guarantee

Our products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee that applies in your country. If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong product, write to us from our contact page or at info_en@buyaquabloom.com; we may ask for photos or a video and will offer the appropriate solution at no cost to you.

9. Intellectual property

The texts, images, videos, logos and designs of the store belong to AquaBloom or their respective owners. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

10. Third-party links and services

The store may include third-party links or services (for example payment gateways or shipment tracking). We don't control their content or policies, which are governed by their own terms.

11. Reviews and comments

If you post a review or comment, it must be truthful and must not infringe third-party rights. We may remove illegal, offensive or misleading content or content that breaches these terms.

12. Errors in information

If we detect an obvious error in a price, description or availability, we may correct it. If it affects an order already placed, we'll contact you to offer the appropriate options, including a refund.

13. Store availability

We try to keep the store working properly at all times, but there may be temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or reasons beyond our control.

14. Liability

We are liable as established by law. Nothing in these terms limits your consumer rights, the statutory guarantee or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. The current version, with its update date, will always be on this page. Changes don't affect orders already placed.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts the law allows you, including those of your place of residence.
